My mum used to prepare this for my breakfast when I was young. I am not sure if anyone still does it this way.
- spread butter, or margarine, over a slice of bread
- sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- sprinkle 1 teaspoon of Milo (cocoa) powder
For step 2 and 3, it is really up to the individual to decide how much or how little.
